The Saint Bernard Club of the Pacific Coast will host a Specialty Show tomorrow morning at the Alameda Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, California. Brandykegs would like to wish all the exhibitors the best of luck!

The St. Bernard Club of Greater San Jose is having their 40th Specialty Show in October, 2010. There will be two Saint Bernard Specialty Shows and four All Breed Shows. Thursday, October 21, 2010 The Skyline Kennel Club will host an all breed show. Friday, October 22, 2010 The Skyline Kennel Club will host a second all breed show. Saturday, October 23, 2010 the St. Bernard Club of the Pacific Coast will host a Saint Bernard Specialty Show in the morning. Saturday, October 23, 2010 the St. Bernard Club of Greater San Jose will host a Saint Bernard Specialty Show in the afternoon. Sunday, October 24,2010 the Del Valle Kennel Club will host an all breed show. Monday, October 25, 2010 the Del Valle Kennel Club will host a second all breed show. Tip From Brandykegs

Does your yard have an unpleasant odor, because your dogs urinate in the same area over and over again? There are a couple things you can try, coat the area with baking soda or baby powder. I have used both and for our yard the baby powder works best. You can also saturate the area with water, but with the cost of water nowadays the baking soda or baby powder just might be the better solution.

Tips For Dry Flaking Skin On Dogs

Does your smooth coated dog look like it has dandruff? Here are some tips you can try to help with this issue. Add vitamin E capsules to their diet. Use a sensitive skin shampoo. Try a fish based dog food. Add cooked oatmeal to their diet. You may find that by doing just one of these things, the flaking skin problem improves. I saw improvement with our smooth male with each tip, but for the best results I recommend using all these tips. If none of this helps then see your veterinarian.
