Helpful Tip From Brandykegs

Whenever you see someone walking more than one dog, don't approach them unless you know the person and the dogs.  Try to keep in mind, this person has their hands full.  You might even consider crossing to the other side of the road or street; if it is safe for you to do that.  It is just a nice courtesy to extend whenever you see someone walking multiple dogs.
