Things to Consider (cont.)


  1. Watch the heat - Never leave your dog in a closed up car, whenever the sun is out; heat builds up very quickly in a closed up car. Heat stroke is deadly. If your dog becomes a victim to this you must react quickly. Place ice packs around them; in order to try and lower their body temperature. Get them to the vet! Make sure your dog always has access to fresh water and shade on sunny days.
