Important People And Their Dogs

Charlie, a Welsh Terrier owned by President Kennedy; helped him come to an important decision regarding the Cuban Missile Crisis back in 1962.  Charlie was there in the war room with President Kennedy; Charlie helped him arrive at decisions which would de-escalate the conflict.
