Dogs In The Sporting Group

The Irish Red and White Setter has been around Ireland since the 17th century.  Did you know because of the selective breeding for the solid red coat almost caused the extinction of the red and white setter?  The Irish Red and White Setter is strong, powerful, and athletic; and they also have a keen and intelligent attitude.  The American Kennel Club recognized the Irish Red and White Setter in 2009.
