Dogs In The Hound Group
The Irish Wolfhound is the tallest among the dog breeds. Their coat colors range from gray, brindle, red, black, pure white, and fawn. The Irish Wolfhound hunts by sight. This breed has been around a long time; hunting with their masters, fighting beside them in battles, guarding their castles, playing with their children; or having a nice snooze in front of their fireplaces. The Irish Wolfhound was recognized by the American Kennel Club in 1897.
