Dogs In The Hound Group
The American Foxhound is one of America's native breeds; and it is also the rarest. This breeds origins date back to the early 1700's in Virginia and Maryland. Did you know that George Washington is the father of this breed? The American Foxhound was recognized by the American Kennel Club in 1886.
